who i am

I'm Sean Nana. Friends call me NANA.

I build the AI-native creative workflows that teams and communities actually adopt. Forward-deployed is the difference. I embed with the people the work is for, build from inside the problem, not from a brief, and ship the tools, templates, and content that get them there. Strong taste, technical skill, and storytelling. Made to be experienced, built to be remembered. I'm drawn to the moments before a playbook exists.

Immerse. Build. Adopt.

01

Immerse

Get inside the team or community. Analyze the problem, the style, the way they really work.

02

Build

Design and develop the workflows, tools, and content that close the gap, in their voice.

03

Adopt

Implement, evaluate, then iterate. Back into Build, or all the way to Immerse.

01how I work

Enhanced Creation Workflows

Craft is the edge. As tooling puts execution within anyone's reach, what matters is the part only you can do: taste, judgment, point of view. I let the tools handle the busywork, keep my hands on the creative calls, and protect the craft so it can go further.

AI-native workflows that take work from idea to finished artifact: art, content, brand, and agents. One operator, a fused toolchain, output that used to take a team. Taste as the filter at every step. Documented and repeatable, so teams can run them too.

Most generative tools stop at a raw clip. This goes further: a finished, scored cinemagraph with cinematic lighting, motion, music, and sound. A multi-model pipeline in Fuser Studio holds the character consistent from first reference to final frame, then the score and cut come together in Final Cut Pro.

A brand brief in. An interactive style guide out. I've run this pipeline the traditional way for over a decade: directing creatives, producing across art, design, and motion, shipping identity systems for artists and brands. Now the whole arc lives on a single canvas, documented so a team can run it.

One Fuser canvas, three lanes. Brand Direction holds the brief and persona in LLM text nodes, then defines per-direction prompt scaffolds. Asset Production runs multi-model exploration in parallel, Nano Banana, FLUX, and Recraft each playing to their strengths, then narrows through a relight pass and a final hero composition. Interactive Showcase ships a clickable style guide rendered by a Claude Code node, all live inside the same canvas. The brief stays present at every stage.

02problems, solved

Solution Coded

Proximity is the advantage. Embedded with a team or community, you see which problems people actually want solved. Some feed the product roadmap. Others become a small, ad-hoc tool, a reference build that closes the gap and ships in days.

Creator tooling, quality assurance for internal pipelines, or something built just to make people smile.

OutLoud · text to audiogram
Turn any post into something people hear. Any voice, any language, a feed-ready audiogram in one click. Runs fully local.

the problem

Text gets skimmed. Heard in a voice, the same words land deeper and reach people where they already are, in their ears and in their own language.

the solution

OutLoud. Paste any post, pick a voice, export a feed-ready audiogram in one click. Your words become something people hear, in any voice and any language. Runs fully local, built end to end, powered by the ElevenLabs API.

the problem

Otherside's Vibe Maker workflow was too technical for most creators to adopt. Building MML scenes required code-level fluency. Creators wanted in, but the tooling didn't meet them where they were.

the solution

An AI-assisted MML builder. Idea to scene in a few prompts, with Hapa the Koda as the in-character creative guide. Concept, UI, UX, and front-end architecture all under one set of hands.

OP QA Tool · GLB analyzer
Single-page tool that loads any GLB and runs structural checks against the avatar and wearable specs, surfacing pass / fail / warn, catching bugs before they hit the pipeline.
OP QA Tool · GLB analyzer
problem / solution
the problem

Wearable submissions slipped through with structural bugs that broke at runtime. The pipeline was eating creator time on QC and slowing the approval window for every submission.

the solution

A single-page tool that loads any GLB, runs structural checks against the avatar and wearable specs, and surfaces pass / fail / warn. Catches bugs before they hit the pipeline and shortens the time it takes for collectors to see new wearables equipped on Otherside.

CRT · The Render Pool
A CRT screenshot maker. Drop any screenshot in and it renders with a retro cathode-ray, 90s-web look.
CRT · The Render Pool
problem / solution
the problem

Render Pool runs on weekly UGC, with members dropping in-game screenshots into the community's nostalgic frame to keep the project on the timeline. Most couldn't make it themselves, so they either skipped it or asked one of the Render Pool artists to frame their shots.

the solution

A Render Pool branded tool that lets anyone upload a photo or in-game screenshot, drop it into the nostalgic frame, and save it to share. No artist required, and an immediate lift in engagement and timeline tags.

03in the room

Rooms people remember.

AI can handle the execution. It can't hold a room. That part stays human, and it's where I'm at my best. Hosting, facilitating, reading the room, across stages, panels, live podcasts, and workshops, IRL and online. A gathering becomes a shared experience people remember. I lead Apes of Los Angeles, a BAYC chapter, and I've held the room from the Apple Store to arenas.

Not every room is a crowd. Some are enterprise teams.

Every brand has a voice. I learn to speak it.

I learn a brand from the inside. Its systems, its style, its voice. Then I build in that voice, not around it. I've done this for some of the world's biggest teams, and the instinct only sharpened when the tools caught up.

04what I build

Product Experience & Growth

Proof it works at scale. I owned the experience layer, grew the community around it, and carried what they taught me straight back into what shipped.

Where product experience meets creator growth. I built the platforms, grew the communities around them, and ran the loop back to product, turning what creators needed into what shipped.

openpage

OpenPage. 3D creator community platform.

Creator growth and ecosystem, owned end to end. Built OpenPage's ambassador program and community engine. Wrote every creator guide and led live onboarding workshops. Directed the brand, content, and creative. Ran the loop back to product, turning what creators needed into the features, campaigns, and systems that let them publish, grow, and earn.

A new way to listen in on agents. The 3D world is networked, each avatar runs its own LLM, and each carries a voice a human assigned. Walk into earshot of two of them and the ElevenLabs Voice API kicks in, and their conversation becomes audible, in space, in real time.

the creative foundation

Worlds around artists and brands.

Everything above runs on a creative foundation. I build identity systems, visual and sonic. NANA LIFESTYLE is the creative media house I've run for over a decade: developing artists like MIKNNA (10M+ streams), directing brands, and producing the work. It's where the taste and creator-fluency in the workflows and products come from, and it's still how I take on creative, brand, and build work today.
