Sean Nana
Forward-Deployed Creative Technologist
Creator Ecosystem
& Growth Architect.
Tuned by culture. Grown with community.

I'm Sean Nana. Friends call me NANA.
A creator turned operator and builder. I started with my own label, developing artists and growing the audience around them, which is where I learned how creator ecosystems actually grow. Today I build the products, platforms, and workflows that help creators and the teams behind them do the same.
More about my experience →Advanced Creation Workflows
Craft is the edge. As tooling puts execution within anyone's reach, what matters is the part only you can do: taste, judgment, point of view. I let the tools handle the busywork, keep my hands on the creative calls, and protect the craft so it can go further.
AI-native workflows that take work from idea to finished artifact: art, content, brand, and agents. One operator, a fused toolchain, output that used to take a team. Taste as the filter at every step.
Fused. Style and world consistency.
Character IP reinterpreted through an AI pipeline. Built end to end in Fuser Studio: character reference, composition, lighting and detail passes, and animation. Sound design and edit in Final Cut Pro. Tap to play with sound.

A pipeline stitched in Fuser Studio. Many models, one canvas.
Most generative tools stop at a raw clip. This goes further: a finished, scored cinemagraph with cinematic lighting, motion, music, and sound. A multi-model pipeline in Fuser Studio holds the character consistent from first reference to final frame, then the score and cut come together in Final Cut Pro.
Brief to Brand. Accelerated concepts. Interactive deliverables.
A brand brief in. An interactive style guide out. Visual directions explored across multiple image models, the best moments narrowed into hero shots, lifestyle, and motion. The whole arc lives in one Fuser canvas.

One Fuser canvas, three lanes. Brand Direction holds the brief and persona in LLM text nodes, then defines per-direction prompt scaffolds. Asset Production runs multi-model exploration in parallel — Nano Banana, FLUX, and Recraft each playing to their strengths — then narrows through a relight pass and a final hero composition. Interactive Showcase ships a clickable style guide rendered by a Claude Code node, all live inside the same canvas. The brief stays present at every stage.
Product Experience & Growth
Forward-deployed is the difference. Embedded with the community and able to ship, I build from inside the problem, not a brief: UX that maps to how creators actually work, and the right features, built faster.
Where product experience meets creator growth. I build the platforms, grow the communities around them, and run the loop back to product, turning what creators need into what ships.
OpenPage. 3D creator community platform.
Creator growth and ecosystem, owned end to end. I built OpenPage's onboarding, ambassador program, and community engine, directed the brand, content, and creative, and ran the loop back to product, turning what creators needed into the features, campaigns, and systems that let them publish, grow, and earn.

Doppel. Collaborative multi-agent 3D world building.
AI agent gaming platform blending idle mechanics, autonomous agents, and immersive 3D worlds.
doppel.fun ↗expand
A style guide. Built for 2D, 3D, and agents.
One typed spec, architected with Claude, emitted three ways — an HTML guide for designers, a Three.js voxel preview for the engine, and a machine-readable JSON the agents consume directly.

Style Guide
Full color palette, 21 world themes, world building guides. The visual reference designers and partners read first.

Voxel Preview
Interactive 3D voxel worlds rendered in real time with Three.js. 14 themes, applied at scene scale. The system in motion.

Agent Spec
Machine readable style guide. The file agents consume to build worlds that stay on brand without a human in the room.
Agentic avatars, voiced live.
A new way to listen in on agents. The 3D world is networked, each avatar runs its own LLM, and each carries a voice a human assigned. Walk into earshot of two of them and the ElevenLabs Voice API kicks in — their conversation becomes audible, in space, in real time.
The spec is the source of truth — and in the demo, every avatar in the networked 3D world runs its own LLM and speaks live through the ElevenLabs Voice API, the same brand voice surviving the handoff from text, to speech, to agent-to-agent dialogue.
Other Space FM. Community as the pipeline.
Founded a creator platform and live-programming community for builders in AI and web3. Grew the audience through weekly X Spaces and livestreams, and built the creator network that became CR3 Labs' partnership and product-insight pipeline. Acquired by CR3 Labs in 2024.

Solution Coded
Being close to a community shows you where attention is and what problems people actually want solved. That signal shapes platform features, and just as often it becomes a quick, ad-hoc tool that closes the gap and ships in days.
Creator tooling, quality assurance for internal pipelines, or something built just to make people smile.

problem / solution
Otherside's Vibe Maker workflow was too technical for most creators to adopt. Building MML scenes required code-level fluency. Creators wanted in, but the tooling didn't meet them where they were.
An AI-assisted MML builder. Idea to scene in a few prompts, with Hapa the Koda as the in-character creative guide. Concept, UI, UX, and front-end architecture all under one set of hands.
problem / solution
Wearable submissions slipped through with structural bugs that broke at runtime. The pipeline was eating creator time on QC and slowing the approval window for every submission.
A single-page tool that loads any GLB, runs structural checks against the avatar and wearable specs, and surfaces pass / fail / warn. Catches bugs before they hit the pipeline and shortens the time it takes for collectors to see new wearables equipped on Otherside.

problem / solution
Render Pool runs on weekly UGC, with members dropping in-game screenshots into the community's nostalgic frame to keep the project on the timeline. Most couldn't make it themselves, so they either skipped it or asked one of the Render Pool artists to frame their shots.
A Render Pool branded tool that lets anyone upload a photo or in-game screenshot, drop it into the nostalgic frame, and save it to share. No artist required, and an immediate lift in engagement and timeline tags.
Worlds around artists and brands.
Everything above runs on a creative foundation. I build identity systems, visual and sonic. NANA LIFESTYLE is the creative media house I've run for over a decade: developing artists like MIKNNA (10M+ streams), directing brands, and producing the work. It's where the taste and creator-fluency in the workflows and products come from, and it's still how I take on creative, brand, and build work today.
